Fraud and impersonation warning — please read
Gold and refined-fuel trading attract a high volume of fraud. Criminals impersonate genuine trading companies, copy their websites and documents, and use similar-looking domains and email addresses to obtain money in advance. Please read the following before sending funds or documents to anyone claiming to represent NIARA GROUP.

Any communication from a domain, address, number or office other than those listed above is not from NIARA GROUP, regardless of how convincing it appears or what logos, letterheads, registration numbers or staff names it carries.
What we do not do
- We do not send unsolicited offers. We correspond with counterparties we are already engaged with; we do not circulate corporate offers to recipients at random, through bulk email, messaging groups or brokers who are not appointed by us.
- We do not request advance fees of any kind — no registration, allocation, clearance, licence, tax, storage, courier or “facilitation” payments — as a precondition of a transaction.
- We do not ask for payment to personal accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, money-transfer services or accounts in names other than NIARA GROUP.
- We do not pressure counterparties to transfer funds urgently, outside an executed written agreement, or on the basis of a document alone.
Verify before you act — every time
Email addresses, telephone numbers, letterheads, signatures and documents can all be spoofed or forged, and a message can appear to come from a genuine address while originating elsewhere. Treat every corporate offer, invoice, contract, banking instruction or change of bank details as unverified until you have confirmed it independently:
- Contact us using the details published on this page, typed in yourself — never the contact details contained in the suspicious message.
- Confirm any banking details, or any change to them, by telephone with a known contact before transferring funds. Changes to payment instructions received by email should always be treated as suspicious.
- Check the sender’s domain character by character; fraudulent domains often differ by a single letter, a hyphen or a different extension.
- Ask your bank and your own legal advisers to review before any payment leaves your control.
If you are contacted by someone claiming to be us
Please report it to sales@niaragroup.com so we can respond, and to your local law-enforcement or cybercrime authority. If you have already transferred funds, contact your bank immediately.
NIARA GROUP accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or expense arising from communications, offers, documents, invoices or payment instructions that did not originate from the official channels listed above, from any dealing with a third party impersonating NIARA GROUP or claiming to act on its behalf without written authority, or from a failure to carry out the verification steps described in this notice.

2. Purity figures are typical, not guaranteed
Purity and fineness figures shown for doré bars, gold dust and gold flakes — 97–98%+, approximately 970–980 fineness — are typical values for material from our partner operations. They are not a warranty for any particular consignment. Each consignment is assayed independently and the assay report for that consignment governs.
3. Independent verification
Buyers are encouraged to appoint their own assayer and to verify all documentation independently. Our procedures are designed to support that verification, not to replace it.
4. Pricing
Any price mentioned on this website or in correspondence is indicative, reflects market pricing at the time given, and is subject to change without notice until confirmed in a signed contract.
5. Investment risk
Gold is a traded commodity and its price can fall as well as rise. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy or a prediction of future prices.
6. Maps and location information
The world map on this website is a schematic. Pins mark the cities in which we operate and the routes indicate the relationship between our locations, not shipping lanes or specific mine sites.
